Three of the traditional sixteen — Chaturthamsa (D4), Saptavimsamsa (D27), and Shashtyamsa (D60) — aren't included: reliable sources genuinely disagree or have gaps on their exact calculation rule.

Does this cover all 16 divisional (Shodasavarga) charts?
12 of the 16 — D2, D3, D7, D9, D10, D12, D16, D20, D24, D30, D40, and D45. Three (D4 Chaturthamsa, D27 Saptavimsamsa, D60 Shashtyamsa) are left out because reliable classical sources genuinely disagree on their exact division rule, and the main D1 natal chart itself is sometimes counted as the 16th — rather than guess at a disputed formula, those are omitted instead of silently approximated.
